COVID -19 NOTICE

We are following Government guidelines for living with Covid. This involves ventilating the nursery rooms, extra cleaning, sanitising and the vaccination programe. 

If children are poorly at nursery a parent, carer or family member will be contacted to collect your child at your earliest convenience.

At The Avenue Nursery we provide a safe, caring, nurturing learning environment for children aged between 2 to 5 years old.

We provide a balance between caring and learning, with qualified dedicated staff in a rich stimulating environment indoors and outdoors. We are very proud to have "Good" status from Ofsted. We're open 38 weeks of the year 7:45 to 5:30, We open to demand during the holidays for the remaining weeks of the year. 

Free Early Education Places Funded by the Local Authority

At the moment all 3 and 4 year old children are eligible for up to 15 hours per week, eligible parents can apply for the 30 hour funding via the childcare choices website at Gov.uk. There is also funding for some 2 year old children subject to certain criteria. Please ask at the nursery for full details.
